Materials and workmanship
What we build with
KVH structural elements, mineral or wood fibre insulation and Fermacell sheathing ensure excellent acoustic and thermal performance.
Plywood or joist-supported floor with thermal insulation, ready for underfloor heating and the final surface of your choice.

Complete house ready to move in, including sanitary fittings, tiles, floor coverings and white painting. Without kitchen unit and furniture.
