We build tiny houses in both mobile and fixed variants. A mobile unit on a trailer can be relocated at any time; the fixed variant sits on foundations for permanent living. Both are fully insulated for year-round use.

Do I need planning permission for a tiny house?add

Yes. Under the Building Act in force since July 2024, a house intended for living or recreation needs an intent permit regardless of size — including a mobile tiny house on a trailer if it stays permanently on the plot. For simple structures it is handled in an expedited procedure, and we help with the documentation.

Can I live in a tiny house year-round?add

Yes. Our homes are fully insulated and equipped with heating for comfortable use in every season.

Where can I place a tiny house?add

On your own land, garden or a campsite — subject to local regulations. We'll advise on the best solution for your location.

How are heating, water and waste handled?add

The home can connect to standard utilities or be fitted with a self-sufficient solution — water tank, cesspit and electric heating.

Can a tiny house be relocated later?add

The mobile variant on a trailer can be transported to a new location. The fixed variant on foundations is intended for permanent placement.
